FAQ

Support questions, answered.

Find out how to open a ticket, get into your account, and work with us. Choose a topic below.

How do I open a support ticket?

Current clients sign in and open a ticket. Need portal access? Use the contact form.

Can I view a ticket without signing in?

Enter the ticket number and email on the request. If they match, we’ll send a one-time access link.

What information belongs in a ticket?

Tell us who or what is affected, the exact error, when it started, what changed, and what work is blocked. Add only screenshots or files that are safe to share. Never send passwords or MFA codes.

How quickly will MaxedOut respond?

Your agreement sets support hours, response targets, and after-hours coverage. There isn’t a single response time for every client.

How is service delivered?

Remote, onsite, and scheduled work depend on the issue, location, and your agreement.

What can you help with?

We help with user support, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, accounts, security, networks, Wi-Fi, workplace hardware, backups, onboarding, and planned changes.

What should I do about a possible security issue?

Open a ticket, choose the highest accurate impact, and say who or what is affected. If you can’t access the portal, contact us without sending credentials or sensitive data.

How do I create a portal account?

Portal accounts are invite-only. If you’re a current client and need access, contact us.

What payment methods or packages are available?

Plans and payment terms vary by client, so we don’t publish a one-size-fits-all list. Check your proposal, agreement, or invoice—or ask us.

Does this FAQ change my service agreement?

No. Your signed agreement, statement of work, and other current written terms take priority over this general website guidance.
