Cybersecurity

Make security part of the workday.

Protect accounts, keep devices in shape, and know who to call when something looks wrong. We help turn the security basics into everyday habits.

Protect your accounts

Cloud accounts are a common target. We help tighten MFA, admin roles, recovery settings, shared access, and offboarding.

Deal with suspicious email

We help investigate suspicious messages, unexpected MFA prompts, spoofing, and mailbox rules someone else may have created.

Keep devices protected

We review updates, security software, device inventory, and whether a workstation or laptop can still be trusted.

Have a plan when things go wrong

When something looks wrong, your team needs to know what to preserve, who to notify, what access to pause, and how to keep the business moving safely.

Where to start

Start with the security basics.

A useful first review answers a few simple questions: who has access, what’s protected, and how would you recover?

  • Check who has admin access in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
  • Confirm MFA is on and risky sign-ins get reviewed
  • Check device protection and updates
  • Confirm what backups cover and how restores work
  • Give the team one clear way to report concerns

What to tell us when something looks wrong

Tell us what happened, when, who or what is affected, and what work is at risk. Mention unusual MFA prompts, logins, mailbox rules, missing devices, ransomware messages, or suspicious links.

Share security details safely

In the portal, share the affected user or system, timing, and what work is at risk. Never send passwords, MFA or recovery codes, private keys, sensitive evidence, customer data, or payment details through the public form or email.

Something feels off? Tell us what you’re seeing.

Send only your contact details and a short, high-level description. Leave credentials, screenshots, customer data, and other sensitive evidence out of the public form and email.
